FrontRowElectronics.com is committed to protecting your privacy online. FrontRowElectronics.com will not release any personally identifiable information such as your name, address, email address, phone number or credit card information except as described in this policy. Shipping
At the present time, we only ship to the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and Puerto Rico. FrontRow proudly ships to our Armed Forces APO/FPO customers. Very large and oversized packages such as PA which are required to ship via freight may require additional shipping charges, see product description page or call (866) 693-7693 for shipping cost supplement quote.  Sorry, we do not ship to post office (P.O.) Boxes, or internationally.

FOR OUR MUTUAL PROTECTION, we prefer to ship to your credit card's billing address.  If a shipping address other than your credit card's billing address is specified, additional processing time and verification steps may be required. Shipments may not be forwarded from their original destinations.

We ship by FedEx with a signature required upon delivery.  We usually ship the same business day if the order is received before 3:00 p.m. ET.  No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.  Two day shipment service generally excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Ground service delivery days are Tuesday-Saturday for home delivery, Monday-Friday for commercial addresses. Shipping Rates: (order amounts are before sales tax) $0.00-$49.99 - FedEx Ground Service for $5.95. $50.00-$399.999 - FedEx Ground Service at no charge. $400.00+ - FedEx 2 Business Day Service at no charge. In the event your shipment is delayed by adverse weather, we apologize and thank you for your patience, but please note that shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.  We are not responsible for disruptions within the shipping companies' transportation networks.

We are required to collect New York state sales tax (8.875%) on shipments to New York addresses.  No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped outside New York.

Returns

Extended Holiday Return/Exchange Policy
Items purchased between November 1 and December 24th, 2010 will have an extended time period for returns and exchanges. We will accept return requests for those purchases through January 15, 2011. All other return conditions still apply.

Our Products are New, Factory Fresh, and Backed By Their Manufacturers’ Warrantees -- Our products are fully backed by their respective manufacturers’ warranties.  In addition, each manufacturer maintains a website and toll free phone number for technical support.  (See below.)  Please read all product instructions carefully and get installation advice before returning or seeking service for your product.

Defective Product Received -- In the unlikely event you receive a product that appears defective, please call us at (866) 693-7693.  (In the case of Bose® products, Bose® Technical Support at (800) 444-BOSE.  If, during the 15 days after your receive the product, we (or in the case of Bose®, Bose®) determine that it is defective, we will arrange, at our expense, for a pick up of the product. Once the item has been returned to us, an identical product will replace it, which is also at our expense.

Service for products after 15 days of receipt -- Please contact the manufacturer directly to locate authorized service centers.

Unopened Merchandise – Unopened merchandise may be returned within 15 days of receipt for credit less our initial shipping cost (even if the product was shipped under a free shipping promotion.) An RMA must be obtained (see Important Policies/Procedures for All Returns below.)  Customer is responsible for costs of shipping back to us.  It must be sent insured and by a traceable means (e.g., UPS.)  Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight collect shipments.

Opened Merchandise – Opened merchandise may be returned within 15 days of receipt for credit less: a 15% restocking fee except where prohibited by law and our initial shipping cost (even if item was shipped under a free shipping promotion.)  An RMA must be obtained (see Important Policies/Procedures for All Returns below.)  Customer is responsible for costs of shipping back to us. It must be sent insured and by a traceable means (e.g., UPS.)  Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight collect shipments.

Damaged/Lost Shipments – If your shipment (i.e., outer box) arrives damaged, you must note the damage on the carrier’s delivery record in accordance with the carrier’s policy.  Save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in, and notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise.

Important Procedures/Policies For All Returns

Please call us at (866) 693-7693 to obtain an RMA (returned merchandise authorization) number.  This number must be written plainly on the outside of the shipping box.  Returns must be in the possession of the returning carrier by 15 days from the date the RMA is issued.

Carefully pack all items, including product, accessories, original packing materials, manuals, warranty cards, power cords, cables, antennae, plastic bags, etc. in the original manufacturer’s box.  Do not remove the UPC bar code or fill out the warranty card. Note:  If wear or abuse is evident, or if any accessories are missing, the contents are written on, or the UPC codes are removed, additional charges may apply to replace the contents or carton.  We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.

Your return shipment must be insured and traceable (e.g., UPS.)  In the case of returns we deem defective, we will send you an air bill, which you must use for a prepaid return.  We are not responsible for lost or damaged product sent back to us.
